The internal structure of a manual cleaning filter is basically the same as that of a single cylinder filter, but it is operated manually to clean the running filter. It is very convenient to clean without disassembling any parts of the filter. Just open the drain valve and rotate the handle on the filter 3-4 times to clean it. After cleaning, immediately close the drain valve and observe the pressure difference changes of the two pressure gauges on the filter body before and after cleaning. From this, it can be seen that manual cleaning of the filter only takes a few minutes and can maintain continuous operation without stopping the machine. The amount of water required for cleaning once only accounts for 1-2% of the average flow rate of the main pipeline.

The operation of small manual cleaning filters involves directly rotating the backwash arm handle manually, while large and medium-sized manual cleaning filters are affected by the backwash arm. The following are different levels of filter cleaning for different models:

SYL, STL, and SZL are suitable for continuous filtration of industrial water, hot water, and air systems. According to the design pressure, it can be divided into four levels: 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, and 4.0, and can also be designed separately according to user needs.

SYL, STL, and SZL also adopt modern new stainless steel V-shaped mesh tubes, with six levels of filtration accuracy of 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0mm to choose from, and higher accuracy can also be designed according to user needs.

(3) Cleaning consumes less material, only 1-2% of the average flow rate of the main pipeline.
